1. General Introduction of waste tire recycling Line

The configuration of the recycling line and the equipments quotation are for reference after communicate with buyers to know about its actual requirements.

The recycling line is customized for clients based on requests. The processing capacity is 1.5-1.8 ton per hour. For producing the 3-4 mesh (5.2mm) rubber powder, the output is approximate 1.2 ton. This production line is mainly taking into account the actual situation of the buyer, the excessive production line will result in wasted investment and production capacity idle,

too small production line can’t meet the capacity requirements and achieve the economies of scale.

 

The production line’s total annual output is approximate 7200-8600 tons, based on 300 working days/year and processing the waste tire of 24-28.8 tons/day, 2 shifts/day( 1 shift = 8 hours).

 

For producing the 3-4 mesh rubber granules, the annual output is approximate 5760 tons based on the daily output of 19.2 tons, 2 shifts/day (1shift=8 hours) and 300 working days/year.

 

Meanwhile, the front-end of the production line has some certain surplus, except the final pulverization step, the equipment capacity of each process step in fact can reach or excess 2 tons / hour. If the buyer wants to expand its production capacity in the future, it just requires installing more rubber pulverizers at the back-end of the production lines, which can easily increase the whole production lines’ capacity by 20% above.

 

Take the buyer’s actual requirements into consideration, The back-end of production line is equipped with machine model: XP450 (mainly produce 3-4 mesh rubber granule for road pavement). In case buyer wants to produce the 40 mesh above fine rubber powder, it just requires installing the grinding-fine pulverizers.

 

Required operators: 5-6 persons. Suggested Plant Size: Be adjustable according to the actual situation. Total Installed Power: 300KW

2. Tire Recycling Process Flow

 

1) Disassembling.

Disassemble the tire with XP series Tire Disassemblers, cut off both the sidewalls and then cut the tire body into sections of 300~600mm long each for further crushing. XP-1000 Tire Disassembler can cut off the sidewalls which consists of high strength steel wire and then cut the tire body into sections for further crushing. Meanwhile, XP-280 Tire Bead Remover is used for recycling the cleaning & integral steel wire from the sidewalls(Remarks: The car tire can be loaded

directly on the XP280 for removing the sidewalls and then cut the tire body into sections by XP-1000)

 

2) Crushing/Shredding

Crush the tire sections into 40-70mm rubber pieces with XP-400C series tire/rubber crusher

 

3) Coarse Grinding

Further crush/grind the rubber pieces into rubber granules of under 15mm diameter with XP-series spiral rubber coarse grinder. Convey the rubber granules with belt conveyor into box magnetic separator. The belt magnetic separator placed above the conveyor separates the steel wires mixed in the rubber granules and the box magnetic separator then further separate fine granules.

 

4) Rubber Pulverization

Pulverize the rubber granules produced by XP series grinders with rubber pulverizer XP-450 series (including rubber pulverizer, rubber powder sieve and reload-conveyor) into rubber powder/ rubber crumb of 8-50 mesh. Unqualified rubber powder/ rubber crumb are automatically conveyed back into the pulverizer to be processed again until get thequalified rubber powder. The final magnetic separating will be conducted to remove the remaining steel.

 

3. Optional Process

1) Cleaning steel wires

Clean the steel wire separated in coarse grinding with steel wire cleaner XP-350 to get clean steel wire.

2) Car Tire Disassembling

XP-650 tire disassembler is used for cutting off the sidewalls

6. Optional Spare parts

The wear of spare parts and its working life is considered when we design and manufacture these equipments. Therefore, in most circumstance, there is no need to repair or replace the wearing parts of the equipments in the first year after the shipment. Buyer may ask the repairing service by sending back the wearing parts to our factory directly, no need to buy the new spare parts. In order to save the repairing fees, we committed to only charging the repairing cost without profit margin.

7. Post-Sales Service.

The buyer should afford the accommodation expense when we dispatch the stuff to your factory to conduct the facilities installation, debugging and training. All these services are free charged. Normally, it will take 1-2 weeks to complete the above task supported by 2-3 stuff.

We also provide the free charged consulting /guidance service including the design of plant layout, power system and water supply.

 

8. Warranty Period.

In addition to some vulnerable parts of the equipments (eg.XP-400 series’ blades, XP series spiral coarse grinder’s rotors, XP series rubber pulverizer’s roller and wire cleaner’s roller). All the other equipments’ warranty period is 12 month. The working life of those vulnerable parts depends upon processing the tire’s quantity, type and time

9. Payment and the expiry time

40% down payment by T/T, 60% balance payment before shipment.
