1. This concentrate is designed to give artistic properties for polystyrene resins, specially for extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS).
Mid this series masterbatch with the stuff resin at ratio of 1:100(different ratio decided by the user requirement).
The exact loads are depending on viscosities of selected resins, process condition etc.
2.This series of color masterbatch is heat sensitive and can be processed at temperatures up to 230°C.
3. Masterbatch for XPS foam board general:
This series color masterbatch is of high concentration pigment with bright colors .when they are used in polystyrene resins, it shows finest dispersing and stability performance. Also the mixture has the highest mechanical intensity preservation rate. Its appearance is granule form, equal in size and shade, no color spot.
After stirring the mixture to homogeneous (no addictive agent needed),we can get the final color products as we want.
We also can make the special masterbatch for XPS foam board under customer's requirements.
