2. Nucleating Agent, XPS/EPS board additive applications :

This series of High Performance Nucleating Agent is designed for addition in the production of extruded polystyrene foam. It is made of high quality Talcum Powder and other special additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine. It is widely used for XPS/EPS. When it is put into use, we can reduce the material cost and improve the character of final products.

3. Nucleating Agent, XPS/EPS board additive characteristics:

Improve the anti-heating, rigidity and tightness property for XPS/EPS/PS.

Remove the surface light form of XPS/EPS/PS to get sub-light effect.

Improve the surface antifriction property of XPS/EPS/PS.

Reduce shrinkage ratio of final products to improve size stability.

Reduce fire heating quantity of XPS/EPS/PS to reduce the second pollution.

Improve the surface printing property of XPS/EPS/PS to reduce the electric current under surface corona process.

Improve heat-conduction property of XPS/EPS/PS to reduce the molding period.

Reduce the application ratio of white color masterbatch.

General:

The use of this series of Nucleating Agent, XPS/EPS board additive results in the formation of very small and uniform cells and a lower product density.
